Area Manager in Baltic States (sales and marketing)

ENJOY Recruitment’s client is a company that exports and distributes consumer goods and cosmetics. In partnership with subsidiaries and independent experts in local markets, the company represents brands such as GOSH, EYLURE, ELEGANT TOUCH, ACE OF FACE, etc. Due to the expansion of the company, they are searching for a new team member – Area Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products;
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area;
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base;
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers;
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market;
• Developing sales and marketing strategies and setting targets;
• Proposing and controlling marketing and sales activities;
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures;
• Collecting customer feedback and market research;
• Reporting to senior managers;
• Keeping up to date with products and competitor.

Requirement:

• 2 + years’ experience in B2B sales;
• Language skills: Latvian – very good, English – very good;
• Result-oriented, shows determination to succeed and make things happen;
• Well organized, ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to drive car.
