Team Manager

Your focus as manager will be on building the team and supporting them in their deliveries. You are an experienced leader, passionate about people management and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Full staff responsibility for the team;
• Workforce planning according to short and long term needs;
• Implement and sustain agile practices and working culture;
• Coach, remove obstacles and support the team to make sure that they can deliver efficiently;
• Develop goals and growth opportunities for your employees, review staff performance.

Requirement:

• To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about people management and truly believe that success is a result of a great team working closely together;
• Strong managerial capability;
• Strong technical background;
• Basic understanding of business processes;
• Good written and verbal communication and good presentation skills;
• Excellent usage of the English language (speak and document).
