Tech stack: Java 17, Groovy (business rules), Vaadin, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Apache Solr, REST, and SOAP web services.
Lead and take active hands-on participation in technology transformation projects.
Initiate innovative solutions for technical enhancement.
Manage migrations, including coding language version upgrades, build tools, and introducing new frameworks.
Develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Configure new tools for deployed systems.
Ensure security, optimize performance, and analyze non-functional aspects.
Participate in debugging and resolving technical production incidents, including those related to performance and security.
Improve developer productivity by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
Collaborate with cutting-edge integration technologies and tools, ensuring solutions connectivity with external systems.
Provide team leadership and support in a technical environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading and executing migration efforts.
Track record in developing and maintaining technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals.
Hands-on experience in addressing security and performance aspects of software systems, along with analysis of non-functional requirements.
A track record of improving team productivity by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Proficiency in conducting design reviews and participating in system architecture and technical solution design.
Proven leadership skills, including supporting and mentoring colleagues in a technical environment.
Ability to maintain documentation for system architecture, technical solutions, and business processes.
EU Citizenship is required.
Fluent English is needed.
Technology stack:
Proficiency in OOP, with a strong preference for experience in Java.
Competence in SQL, particularly with experience in database management, preferably with Oracle DB.
Experience in working with SOAP and REST web services.
Familiarity with Java frameworks, libraries, and other programming languages compatible with Java.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Following software architecture principles like clean code, clean architecture, TDD, and modular design.
