Recruitment client is an international company. The company is ready to reach new goals and
develop their market further, therefore is looking for a Senior Key Account
Manager in Latvia.
Responsibilities:
Define gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, by analyzing trends and results;
Create sales goals by predicting and developing annual regional sales quota, predicting sales volumes and profit for present and future products and customers;
Necessary and operational targets for sales organization, schedules, implements, results;
Recruitment of sales personnel and its training, monitoring sales results by giving feedback;
Contribute to team’s result by taking care of own responsibilities and tasks;
Key Account Manager for special customers and customer organizations.
Requirement:
At least 1 years of sales experience in B2B sector in technical field
Team management skills would be seen as advantage;
Be ambitious in reaching goals, goal-oriented;
Have a clear vision about your career in sales, be motivated and energetic;
Being a team-player and ready to accept new challenges;
Required language knowledge: Latvian, English or German language, Russian.
