ENJOY Recruitment client “WhiteCryption” is company that has been at the forefront of application protection and white-box cryptography solution, since 2009, s. They add full-spectrum protection to applications on all popular platforms. Currently they are looking for a new colleague – IT Manager for Code protection team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate team in Latvia and USA;
Follow up on team’s productivity, make code reviews;
Be responsible for product security and architecture;
Participate in customer meetings;
Cooperate with sales and product management team.
Requirement:
At least 6 years’ experience with C++;
Team lead experience at least 1 year;
Good communication skills;
Proactive, ready to solve different situations;
Good Latvian and English knowledge.

Salary: 3600 - 6600 EUR/in a month
