Enjoy Recruitment client AS “Latvijas lifts Šindlers” is a company which has two main lines of business - sales (and installation) of new equipment and maintenance, repair and modernization of existing equipment. The Schindler Group has been active for more than 140 years and is represented on all five continents employing over 60,000 people. Schindler lifts and escalators move over a billion people daily. Currently they are looking for a new team player, who would like to join their team as an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Organize administrative work at the office;
Provide general administrative support to colleagues;
Manage general emails, phone calls and postal correspondence;
Manage documents, invoices, business trips, meetings and other events;
Assist to upper management in daily administrative matters;
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Administration of HR, GDPR, CoC.
Requirement:
Previous experience in a similar position;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work confidentially;
Excellent PC skills;
Ability to self-motivate, be proactive and able to manage staff at all levels;
Excellent knowledge of Latvian, very good English and good Russian languages.
