Your focus as manager will be on building the team and supporting them in their deliveries. You are an experienced leader, passionate about people management and business development.
Responsibilities:
Full staff responsibility for the team;
Workforce planning according to short and long term needs;
Implement and sustain agile practices and working culture;
Coach, remove obstacles and support the team to make sure that they can deliver efficiently;
Develop goals and growth opportunities for your employees, review staff performance.
Requirement:
To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about people management and truly believe that success is a result of a great team working closely together;
Strong managerial capability;
Strong technical background;
Basic understanding of business processes;
Good written and verbal communication and good presentation skills;
Excellent usage of the English language (speak and document).
