General job description:
- Assisting company's financial director;
- Ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing invoices reports in ERP system;
- Make the company's financial performance analysis, generate reports and reviews for the company's management;
- Tax and statistics reports preparation and submission to state authorities (for example VAT, Intrastat, etc.);
- Be responsible for accountancy procedures for the company in Riga;
- Control inventory and stock;
- Control debtors and creditors payments;
- Monthly account reconciliations;
- Prepare monthly operational balance, profit and loss calculation;
- Participate in monthly financial reviews;
- Participate in budget preparation;
- Assistant`s work coordination.
Requirement:
- Experience in accounting or finance at least 3 years;
- Higher education in economics, accounting or finance;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English;
- Accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
- Communicative personality focused on personal and professional development.
- Preferred requirements:
- Work experience with ERP systems;
- Experience with Infor M3 / Movex systems.
